Baxter Healthcare recently developed a Chemical Tracking System (CTS) database. This database system was developed to assist Baxter facilities in complying with USEPA and NJDEP hazardous materials storage and use reporting requirements. These regulations are commonly referred to as the Emergency Planning and Community Right-To-Know Act (EPCRA). EPCRA is intended to improve local community access to information regarding chemical hazards and elevate state and local emergency response capabilities.
